原因
以下是Google的解釋:
If you are sending a
user_id
as an event parameter, and all of the conversions that are associated with that user are being marked as Direct, it is possible that the user is visiting your website or app from multiple devices or browsers. In this case, data-driven attribution would not be able to track the user’s journey across all of their devices or browsers, and would therefore mark all of the conversions as Direct.
這是因為將Users ID設定為事件參數,導致所有轉換與User ID連結劃分為Direct管道。
解決方法
- 不要將Users ID設定為事件參數
- 報表識別資訊裡選擇“基於設備”,就可以避免
